What is Shaman / Shamanism?
I am often asked, 'What is a shaman?' Shamanisim dates back 40,000 to 50,000 years, it is our roots and still is. Shamans respect Mother Earth and use her tools to heal in many different ways, with guidance from the spirit world. A shaman is known as: 'The Wise one or the one who sees.'

What is a Shaman?
A) Experience 'spirit flight’- shamans go to the spirit worlds and meet spirits, in order to negotiate in a variety of ways to create change in this physical world.
B) The shaman's voice and body is used by ancestral shaman spirits and/or animal spirits. They draw accurate information about their clients and help to fix the cause of problems.
Without the spirits, and their blessing, a shaman cannot exist or function. Without the trance state it is not shamanism.
If it is shamanic healing you require, I go into a trance state, and get guided to do whatever I am told. It may be sound healing by way of singing, drum, singing bowl or chimes. I also use feathers, stones and incense. Sometimes I am asked intuitively to suck, pull or cut ‘stuff’ out of the body. I never know what will happen until a client presents themselves and I tune into my guide(s). Advice is sometimes given too. I have had many very successful results.
